Witmer Heights is a community of people who want to grow in their life with God. We meet at 2270 Old Philadelphia Pike in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Witmer Heights is a hearing congregation that works together with, and shares a building with First Deaf Mennonite Church. Sunday School classes begin at 9:30 and wraps up at 10:30. Following Sunday School you are invited to join the worship service that begins at 10:40 and concludes around noon. What to expect when you are our guest.
Witmer Heights Community Night
You are invited to WH Community Night that runs from October to May. Community night is for children in kindergarten through sixth grade as well as adults.
Community night is the first Wednesday evening of each month (October to May) and includes a meal for the whole family. The meal begins at 6:15, followed by an activity. The evening concludes at 7:45.
The next Community Night is scheduled for Wed. eve. October 5. Children will discuss the question “Who do we live for?” followed by fun with volcanoes, and a service activity. Adults will hear Emily Keener share about her bike trip through the Rocky Mountains.
~The theme verse is: 2 Corinthians 5:15. “And he died for all, so that those who live might live no longer for themselves, but for him who died and was raised for them.”
All welcome! Contact Pastor Randy at church 717-392-6698 if you have questions or to leave him know how many will be coming so the meal planners have a head count. Thank you.
